Scattering machines are used for coating linear substrates with trickle able powders or granulates.

Besides the common cotton foundation with rubber coating, we also offer highly precise P. E. foundation. Together with the highest possible eveness in needle hight the results are excellent.

Our standard range for PSF goes from 8-80 points/qm. The protrusion length of the staples which is responsible for the desired volume of coating, is available from 0,8 up to 5,0 mm.

We recommend the following types of cleaning fillets for the different types of PSF regarding points/qm and wire gauge:
