We manufacture hand cleaning cards (pads) in measurements of
260 mm x 65/90 mm, with or without clips and ground and polished teeth. Foundation is normaly 4-ply cotton with vulcanized rubber, or 5-ply all cotton. The cards are made from wire gauge No. 4 up to No. 24.
The cleaning card holder is a light weight aluminium tool in width of 260 mm where the clipped cards just slide on.

SPECIAL APPICATIONS

Originally designed for the textile industrie flexible fillets are being used in various other industries too. Probably the most well known of these products are file cleaning pads or dog/cat brushes. The classic tobacco fillets to cut the tobacco leaves is used today also in the recycling business. Picker fillets still used to open the finest wool, is used today also as transport or traction fillet for heavy fabrics and as perforation fillets for plastics. Fur card clothings are "heavy duty" fillets that comb, clean and brush all kinds of furs. Once more they today are also being used as cleaning pads in constructions or surface treatments of various materials such as metal or wood. Traction or transport fillets for a non slip take up of the Raschel fabrics are manufactured in the following standards:

Transport fillets No. 22, tinned,
4-ply cotton with perbunan coating 38 mm width, total height 4,0 mm, 50 PPSI

Transport fillet No. 18, tinned,
4-ply cotton with perbunan coating, 38 mm width, total height 4,0 mm, 85 PPSI

Transport fillet No. 22, tinned,
4-ply cloth with caoutchouc, 38 mm width, total height 7,5 mm, with knee, white backing

To ensure that the fabric filaments are not damaged, the tips, of the wire staples are specially rounded and polished.

To brush terry cloth fabrics we manufacture our Brush fillet no. 18, tinned, 5 ply with cushion felt, 38 mm width, 20 mm height

FILLETS FOR HIGH PILE
AND CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINES

We manufacture for Terrot and Mayer-Wildmann machines a variaty of fillets in the width from 7 mm up to 54/60 mm. For delivery and worker rolls we use a strong 5 ply with black cushion rubber or a 7 ply with wool felt as foundation. Opening rollers or doffer rollers are made in tan sponge or black sponge with low shore hardness.
